  •   Signature of the Applicant
  •   A-1 FORM
  •   Form to be supplied by the Principal firm
  •   Hand Sketch map of the proposed shop location
  •   NOC from the land owner in case of rented shop/ go-down
  •   Bank Challan
  •   Aadhar Document(Self Attested)
  •   Certificate of Educational qualification of the applicant
  •   Voter ID Card / Electricity Bill(Self Attested)

Renew Applicant should apply for renewal before the expiry of the period of the validity of the Certificate of registration. Or Applicant can apply for renewal within 1 month from the date of such expiry of the certificate of registration with late fee.
