Fees Structure for PPC License

SERVICE NAME EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS REQUIRED TO BE UPLOADED BY THE APPLICANT FEES TO BE PAID
Grant of Licence to manufacture insecticide
  •   Master's Degree in Chemistry with a Doctorate
  •   Graduate degree in in Chemical Engineering for manufacture of technical grade pesticides
  •   Graduate degree in Science with Chemistry for manufacture of pesticide formulation
  •   Passport size photograph of the owner/ proprietor/ Authorized person
  •   Signature of the owner/ proprietor/ Authorized person
  •   FORM-II (Application form for applying for the licence)
  •   Form-IX (Principal Certificate issued by a registered pesticide firm/ company)
  •   Sketch map showing the location of the firm
  •   Two (2) nos. Undertaking (Point no.4 sub-point (c) and (d) of Form-II)
  •   Certificate of Educational qualification of the applicant or Technical person/Certificate awarded from Recognised Institute
  •   Plant protection Certificate
  •   Bank Challan
  •   Aadhar Document(Self Attested)
  •   Voter ID Card / Electricity Bill(Self Attested)
  •   Facilities Available
The fee fixed by the rule for the license to manufacture of every insecticide is Rs. 50 and the maximum fee is Rs. 500
Grant of licence to sell/stock/ exhibit for sale/distribution of insecticides
  •   Agriculture Sciences
  •   Biochemistry
  •   Biotechnology Sciences
  •   Life Science
  •   Science with Chemistry
  •   Science with Botany
  •   Science with Zoology
  •   Certificate course on Insecticide Management
  •   Passport size photograph of the owner/ proprietor/ Authorized person
  •   Signature of the owner/ proprietor/ Authorized person
  •   FORM-II (Application form for applying for the licence)

  1. New license & amendment (For Rural area)
    •   Each Insecticide INR 100/- (Maximum INR 1500/-, more than 15 Insecticides)
  2. New license & amendment (For Urban area)
    •   Each Insecticide INR 500/- (Maximum INR 7500/-, more than 15 Insecticides)
  3. No Renewal needed for Sell/Stock/Exhibits
  4. There should be a separate fee for each place. If any insecticides are sold,
    stoked or exhibited for sale at more than one place. In that case separate application should be made & separate license will be issued in respect of every such place.
  5. For duplicate copy of license if original copy is defaced, damaged or lost fee payable INR 100/-
  6. For transferring License fee payable INR 100/-
Grant of licence for commercial pest control operations
  •   Agriculture Sciences
  •   Biochemistry
  •   Biotechnology Sciences
  •   Life Science
  •   Science with Chemistry

  •   Certificate course on Insecticide Management

  1. Grant New license (For Rural & Urban area) fees INR 1,000/- (Granted 5 years)
  2. Grant Renewal before expiry of license (For Rural & Urban area) fees INR 1,000/- (Granted 5 years)
  3. Late fine for Renewal (For Urban area) -
    •   1 month lapse from date of expiry - INR 500/-
    •   2-month lapse from date of expiry - INR 1,000/-
    •   3-month lapse from date of expiry - INR 1,500/-
  4. Late fine for Renewal (For Rural area)
    •   1 month lapse from date of expiry - INR 100/-
    •   2-month lapse from date of expiry - INR 200/-
    •   3-month lapse from date of expiry - INR 300/-
  5. Separate fees should be provided for conducting business more than 1 place. In that case separate application & license will be issued.
  6. For duplicate copy of license if original copy is defaced, damaged or lost fee payable INR 100/-
  7. For transferring License fee payable INR 100/-
